Dementia Advisor Service
I am the new Dementia Advisor for the Eastbourne and Lewes area, also covering Seaford and "The Havens".   The Dementia Advisor Service is a service provided by registered charity, the Alzheimer's Society, which aims to put people with dementia in control of their lives so they are able to live well with dementia.

Anyone who has dementia or memory problems can access the service. I act as a named contact for the person with dementia for as long as they need me and can visit people at home to offer advice, information and support. I also support the families and carers of people with dementia, and can signpost them towards services that can help them.
